I've been out here for about 8 years and this is my first time trying Golden Chick. The chicken was fresh, delicious and then I tried on a separate occasion and it was the same service. This will officially be my go-to place instead of KFC churches and Popeyes

Ms. Rose has this location moving like a well-oiled machine. All smiles on this end. Excellent customer service. The group there tonight moved fluently and everyone understood their assignment and/or role. Exceptional service like this makes me choose to slow down, sit in and enjoy my meal. And that's definitely a good thing.... *This is by far one of the cleanest locations I've been to.

Christofer was very kind and friendly in drive thru and our order had no mistakes. Quick service too. Really appreciate that. The golden chick in south Grand Prairie always messes up and has terrible customer service. Will be returning to this one more often.
